Each person is permitted to hold one 399 Game account. Having more than one account – whether under your own name, a family member's name or any alias – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 399 Game will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player from the platform. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated in duplicate accounts will be voided.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering at 399 Game. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting support if any details change.
Your 399 Game account credentials – username, password and any security PIN – are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. 399 Game will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. 399 Game may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
399 Game accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 399 Game does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 1 business day. 399 Game processes withdrawal requests around the clock. However, requests that trigger additional security checks may require additional processing time.
A minimum wagering requirement of 1× the deposit amount applies before funds deposited at 399 Game may be withdrawn. Deposits made as part of a bonus offer carry separate wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in any active bonuses being forfeited.
Important: 399 Game only processes withdrawals to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified accounts. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bets placed at 399 Game are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before clicking the confirm button. 399 Game will not cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of clear manifest error by 399 Game (see below).
The minimum single bet stake at 399 Game is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event and market type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 399 Game reserves the right to accept, limit or decline any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing error or data feed fault, 399 Game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. "Clearly incorrect" means odds so far removed from the fair market price that no reasonable person would expect them to be genuine. This determination is made by 399 Game at its sole discretion.
A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement period, if a technical fault prevents proper settlement, or if evidence of match manipulation related to the event is established. Void bets have their stakes returned to the player's 399 Game balance.
If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated without the void leg. If a single-leg accumulator has its only leg voided, the stake is returned. Accumulator winnings are paid only when all non-void legs are successful.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 399 Game are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions set out in the relevant promotion description. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each 399 Game promotion page. Only bets using bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements; real-money bets placed alongside bonus funds do not double-count.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, using betting strategies specifically designed to take advantage of bonus terms (such as low-risk hedging) or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion. 399 Game will void any winnings and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Note: 399 Game may amend, pause or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Virtual Sports events at 399 Game are generated by a certified random number generator. Results are completely independent of real-world sporting events. Bets on virtual events are settled immediately upon generation of the result. No appeal against virtual result outcomes is possible once confirmed.
All non-live games at 399 Game use an independently certified RNG to determine outcomes. The RNG is audited periodically to confirm fairness and statistical integrity. Players may request information on RNG certification from the 399 Game support team.

Important: Disputes about live or virtual game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes about financial transactions must be raised within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. 399 Game will not consider complaints raised outside these timeframes.
